Fire & DSEAR Assessments
Fire can cause huge disruption and damage to a workplace, leaving employees without work and employers without a business.
In most cases, a few simple steps can help to deter a fire. However, in some situations a more complex action plan may be required.
Our experienced consultants can make a physical inspection of your workplace and produce a clear, understandable report highlighting any areas for improvement.
We pride ourselves on our comprehensive fire and DSEAR (Dangerous Substances and Explosives Atmospheres Regulations 2002) assessments.
The administration of these documents can take a great deal of time, so our consultants complete them for you – giving you time to complete your usual tasks. Your fire risk assessment may identify that a further DSEAR Assessment is required.
Using us to complete these assessments makes financial sense as we can save you time and money by completing both assessments at the same time.
The Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002 require employers to control the risks to safety from fire and explosions. Dangerous substances can put workers’ safety at risk from fire and explosion.
As with a fire risk assessment, a thorough inspection will be carried out and any risks found will be highlighted in an action plan for you to complete.
Our manager, Mick Brennan and his associate specialists on the fire team are accredited by the Institute of Fire Engineers enabling them to offer support, guidance and training in this particular area of health and safety.
